About Dennis

I’m autistic, ADHD, and I coach from the inside.

Empathy is the reason I show up. Training is why I can help.

I get you. Because I’ve been there.

Before my diagnosis, I looked fine on the outside.

I was the “high-achieving” professional. Never missed a sprint deadline. Always had it together.

It was a mask.

Every evening I was flat on the floor, sensory-fried, unable to speak, waiting for my brain to come back online. I call it the dark-room recovery cycle. If you know, you know.

The late diagnosis changed everything. And nothing.

I felt the grief. The rage at years of blaming myself for being “lazy.” The strange relief of finally having a name for it.

But no one handed me a roadmap. I spent over a year self-diagnosed before I could even advocate for myself at work. Then years more figuring out how to bend my environment around my brain, instead of bending my brain until it snapped.

That’s exactly what I help you do.

How I work with you

I don’t fix you. You were never broken.

In our sessions, you are the lead investigator. I bring the frameworks and the lived experience. You bring the expertise on your own brain. Together, we build a working system that actually fits you.

  • Visual tools, not just talking.
  • A pace that works for your nervous system.
  • You never have to perform neurotypicality for me. Not even a little.

What I bring to the table

ICF Coaching Certification

I hold an ICF ACC credential plus a specialised neurodivergent coaching certification. Our work is ethical, structured, and always centred on your goals, not a one-size-fits-all programme.

6 Years in Tech and Agile

I’ve worked as an Agile coach in the tech sector. I speak your language. You don’t have to explain what a sprint is, what a PIP feels like, or why the daily standup is slowly ending you.

Environment Design, Not Toxic Positivity

I don’t do affirmations. I use an Agile-based framework to help you redesign your work and home environment so it actually supports your brain, instead of fighting it every single day.

Who this is (and isn’t) for

A quick honest note before you book.

I’m not a therapist.

Coaching is forward-focused and practical. If you need clinical trauma support, I’ll refer you to someone I trust. That’s not a rejection. It’s me doing my job properly.

I’m not neutral about neurodivergence.

Your brain is not the problem. The problem is a world built for one type of brain. I’m not here to help you mask better. I’m here to help you stop.

This is for you if:

  • You've had a late diagnosis and you're trying to figure out what that means for your life.
  • You're exhausted from performing neurotypicality 40 hours a week.
  • You're ready to build something sustainable, instead of just surviving.
