If this sounds like you…

You’re in the right place.

  • You’ve spent every meeting managing how you come across, and called it functioning well.
  • Your diagnosis explained everything. And now you’re grieving years you can’t get back.
  • You jump between deadlines all day, so by evening there’s nothing left in the tank.
  • You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. You’re just running on a setup that was never built for you.

You don’t have to work in tech. Recently diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or just done pretending. This space is for you.

How coaching works

Three clear steps. No surprises, no homework, no pop quiz.

  1. First of three

    Choose your format

Video, voice-only, voice notes, or text-only. Whatever your nervous system says yes to today.

  2. Then

    Map your energy

We map the sensory, social, and structural drains, the stuff most people miss, so we know what's actually costing you.

  3. From there

    Environment Design

Tools, environment design, and unmasking at your pace. No homework you'll forget. No strategies that don't fit how you think.

This covers your whole life, work included.

What we get to work on together.

Work

A career that fits you

We look at what's quietly draining you at work and design around it, so the job stops costing you the whole evening.

Mind

Self-trust you can feel

Less second-guessing every decision. More trusting your own patterns instead of apologising for them.

Body

Energy that stretches further

We build your week around how your battery actually works, so what quietly drains you stops running it flat.

Meaning

A life that's yours

Relationships, hobbies, identity, built around who you actually are, not the mask.

Find Your Friction

A two-minute check-in that points you to the friction that’s actually draining you, which isn’t always the one you’d expect.

  • Find your focus area across five friction categories.
  • Spot the invisible costs most coaching skips over.
  • Walk away with one small move for this week, not a whole plan.

Dennis Liebenberg, neurodivergent coach

I’m Dennis. I get it, because I live it.

I’m a late-diagnosed autistic ADHDer who had to navigate rediscovering myself in the middle of burnout, and got to the other side while still holding down a career.

I’m an ICF-credentialed coach (Associate Certified Coach, ACC) and a Certified Neurodiversity Coach (CR&W NDC). I shape the coaching around how you’re actually wired.

What clients say

From people who sat where you are.

Mornings used to feel like the worst part of my day. What surprised me was that we didn't reach for a stricter routine, we got curious about what was actually making mine miserable. Being met that way, without any judgement, made the mornings feel like something I could work with instead of one more thing I was failing at.
Zoe
I used to spiral before I even started anything, the overthinking alone could wreck my confidence for the day. What made these sessions different was how playful they were, there was room to actually get curious about my own brain instead of judging it. For once, looking at how I work didn't feel like something to be ashamed of.
Devon
I came in overwhelmed and honestly kind of shut down. What I appreciated was that nobody promised to fix the burnout, we just paid attention to what was actually in my control, even the small stuff. Getting to bring all of that to someone who genuinely gets it, without having to explain or perform, is what made the sessions feel safe.
Mari
I'd tried every productivity hack out there and ended up hating planning altogether. What was different here was that we didn't reach for someone else's system, we looked for a way of planning that actually fit me, simple enough that it stopped feeling like a fight. It felt like the first approach that respected how my brain already works instead of arguing with it.

R 6 750

6 × 60 minutes
